Rare bird sighting at Plymouth, Mass. First time in over two decades this bird has visited the area. It has been in the area for about a week now and still in area as of 27th Jan.

There was another at Gloucester, Mass but reports indicate it has not been seen in a few days.

I observed this bird today (27th) as member Mr. Bennet did on the 25th.

I forgot to add. There are reports of a Snowy Owl on the peninsular across from the sighting of the Ivory Gull. I did not see this day however.

Ben…yes, the Ivory Gull is mapped.

The last reported sighting was Friday Jan 30th. I was fortunate to see it twice.
