adding a checklist on new country..

Hi there!
i live in the dominican republic. an island in the caribbean between Puerto Rico and Cuba.
i dont see any of the caribbean islands on the country list…
is there a way it can be added on the list of countries and from there ad a regional checklist? is that possible??
