Setting a "home" location

Is there any way to set your home so that the map starts off in your local area, rather than being the west coast of the USA? I’m in the UK. Awesome site, by the way, I will review the iPhone app today. 5 stars! Thanks for helping me rediscover birding – I used to do lots when I was a kid, but now there’s an iPhone app for it – I’m back!! :D

Ben – that is great news. Your map should actually start in the vicinity of your home, assuming you’ve filled out your profile. I will ask our development team why this isn’t hapenning in your case.

I have filled out my profile and I get U.S., but all of it. Doesn’t go even to just Florida. Locator may not me working.
